Officers from Cayce, South Carolina stop to conduct a check on a man sleeping in his vehicle outside of an apartment complex. The second the man rolls down his window, the officer is overpowered with the smell of marijuana.
After some questioning, the officers decide they need to make a misdemeanor arrest. That’s when the situation turns violent.
